Menerima Bayaran di Internet

“Bagaiman saya boleh menerima bayaran di Internet?”

Ada banyak cara tetapi saya akan terangkan kepada anda untuk cara menerima bayaran melalui kad kredit. Ada beberapa kaedah yang boleh diguna pakai untuk mengintegrasikan halaman web anda dengan kad kredit. Anda boleh mendaftar merchant account dengan syarikat pemprosesan kad kredit seperti WorldPay.com, Ccnow.com, Charge.com, StormPay.com, PayPal.com dan 2Checkout.com.

Syarikat pemprosesan ini akan bertindak sebagai orang tengah dengan menerima bayaran dari pelanggan anda dan kemudiannya menyalurkan pembayaran tersebut ke akaun bank anda. Ketika mendaftar menggunakan perkhidmatan tersebut, anda perlu memberi maklumat bank anda untuk direkodkan oleh syarikat tersebut supaya dapat menyalurkan pembayaran dengan sempurna.

Syarikat pemprosesan kad kredit biasanya mengenakan bayaran untuk pendaftaran dan mengambil peratus yang kecil daripada bayaran pelanggan anda sebagai kos perkhidmatan. Peratusannya berbeza dari syarikat ke syarikat. Kebiasaanya mereka mengenakan 2 ~ 4% daripada setiap transaksi. Jadi, pelaburan membuka merchant account adalah amat berbaloi untuk sesebuah perniagaan.

Selepas memperolehi akaun daripada syarikat tersebut, anda akan diberikan cara menghubungkan mukasurat memesan produk atau perkhidmatan laman web anda dengan halaman khas yang disediakan oleh syarikat pemprosesan tersebut.

Kos banner bergantung kepada saiz banner tersebut (kecil, sederhana dan besar) serta laman web yang menjual ruang iklan tersebut. Terdapat dua cara pengiraan kos ruang iklan.

 

1. Cos Per 1,000 Impression (CPM)

Kos terlibat adalah tetap untuk 1,000 kali banner anda ditunjukkan kepada pelawat laman web tersebut. Jika harga adalah RM20 untuk 1,000 kali, kos untuk banner anda ditunjukkan sebanyak 3,000 kali adalah RM60.

Anda boleh menetapkan berapa banyak kali banner anda ditunjukkan kepada pelawat dalam blok setiap 1,000 kali.

 

2. Harga Tetap Sebulan.

Kos terlibat adalah harga tetap seperti RM300 atau RM600 untuk banner anda ditunjukkan selama 1 bulan di laman tersebut. Jikalau laman tersebut mempunyai banyak pengunjung, pilihan ini adalah bijak.

 

 

BUSINESS PERSPECTIVE- Internet Broadband

The growth in Broadband over the last years has been impressive. This relatively new sector has established a strong position within the telecommunications industry and increasingly influences the digital media landscape and other sectors. Broadband provides attractive opportunities, enables innovative business models that challenge established players and forces them to start rethinking strategies and business models. It also attracts new entrants, which are seizing the opportunities that the growing Broadband customer base of currently 130 million households worldwide offers.

Projector estimate the global Broadband market to be worth USD 50bn in total revenues in 2004. Its development has been exceptionally fast in recent years, peaking at an annual growth rate of 90 percent in 2003, followed by around 40 percent in 2004. This growth is expected to stabilize at 20 percent annually over the next 6 years. Total Broadband revenues are expected to exceed USD 140bn by 2010, luring players from different industries as well as new entrants to try to capture a piece of this pie.

BUSINESS Perspective - Jusco Seremban 2

Jusco outlet set to make waves

SEREMBAN 2 folks can look forward to more shopping trips within their township now that the long awaited Jusco Complex has open its doors.
The three-storey shopping centre with 37,000 sq m of net lettable space has spawned much excitement not only among the township folks but also those from Seremban and towns nearby.
The opening of the first Jusco outlet in Negri Sembilan at the end of September has created another icon for Seremban 2.
According to RB Land Holdings Bhd executive director Datuk Soam Heng Choon, the group clinched the deal with Aeon Co Bhd (formerly Jaya Jusco Stores Bhd) late last year to bring the retail household name to its flagship township. “Jusco Seremban 2 is designed to be a one-stop community shopping centre. Shoppers have two floors of shopping, dining and entertainment. Ample parking is also provided on the third floor of the complex,” he said.
The Jusco supermarket is located on the ground floor, while the first floor features the entertainment zone including five-screen TGV cinemas, a bowling alley and an amusement centre.

Other retailers are Starbucks, MPH Bookstore, Sushi King, Sen Q and Mobile Village.
Seremban 2's strategic location, about 4km southwest of the existing Seremban Town Centre and 1km from the toll plaza, is poised to attract more interest to its various precincts. The self-contained integrated township has set out to offer all the modern amenities and conveniences of a city while maintaining the serenity of a country atmosphere.
Among the various precincts are the 43-acre State Government enclave, commercial hub, educational and recreational facilities and an industrial zone.

The Jusco Complex in Seremban 2Soam said Seremban 2 would take on the role of the existing town centre that is self-sufficient and robust with business, entertainment and leisure activities.
Among the completed Government buildings are the district police headquarters, state fire & rescue department headquarters, court complex for the High Courts, sessions sourts and magistrate courts and the district administration complex.
Other Government buildings being planned are the District Health Centre and Kompleks Kasih under the Ministry of Women's Affairs and Family Development.
